The terminal server is available for internal emloyees only.

The terminal server gives access to your Siemens desktop. In case you only need your Outlook, it can be started seperately.

In the tab "Terminal Services" you can login to the terminal server with your Windows account and the password. In the window "Applications" you see the icons for access to your desktop and Outlook.

If there is no ICA-Client installed on your computer, a red warning field appears, containing a link to download the software.

We recommend to use the ICA-Client due to performance reasons. If it is not possible for you to install the ICA-Client, you can set the use of the "Java-Client" under "Advanced Options >>>>".

Please ensure that the current version is installed on your private pc.

The curent version of the ICA-Client (also available for Macintosh and UNIX) can be downloaded from: http://www.citrix.com/English/SS/downloads/downloads.asp?dID=2755

It is not necessary to change the settings.

After your login you can change features such as window size, connection speed or language using the icon:

Via the key-icon next to it you cam change your password. Remember, that this will change your Windows password to!

Please use only the "Start" - "Logout" button or the desktop icon "Quick Log Off" to finish the terminal session since otherwise the session will not be terminated correctly.
