Our motto "customized = time-optimized = cost-optimized" forms the basis for tailor-made training solutions for RAA customers. Essentially, our customized training is based on the standard course program which is adapted to individual training requirements.
Exclusive Courses
Specific training packages for your employees at the Rail Automation Academy’s training locations or at your own premises. Benefits: Reduction of travel expenses thanks to the possibility of on-site training as well as specifically required know-how acquirement/improvement and promotion of system/integration knowledge. Even though our standard course program covers a large range of professional internal ongoing training, special nonrecurring or repeated training measures for technical and organization-specific subjects can be required over and over. Here we would be happy to support you.
Curricula - Course Series

Based on the experience gained during customizing, i.e. the customer-specific adaptation of training, within recent years, we have compiled course series (curricula) with various focuses to combine different individual courses with similar contents. This allows the RAA to offer comprehensive ongoing training on specific subjects. For instance, the participant qualifies himself through attending all courses of the curriculum "Railway Engineer" in its various variants spanning the entire railway technology spectrum. This curriculum also enables the participant to complete further product and system training courses.
