The extensive tests of complex control and signalling and safety systems, such as the data, stress and system tests already mentioned, can be performed in a very short time due to our two automated simulation systems.
When simulating the operator level, we use an automated train route setting with combined train movement to carry out load tests with several hundred operator actions per hour. By the real-time simulation of the outdoor equipment, we provide the prerequisite for a test that matches real conditions. In our system test centre, we can throw points at realistic times and simulate signal clearing.
