In addition to the Combino, the ULF (Ultra Low Floor), the tram with the lowest entry height in the world, is a top-class product.
In order to modernize the tram fleet in Vienna, the local operator Wiener Linien purchased 150 ULF ultra-low-floor trams in the 1990s. Owing to the success of their operation and high degree of acceptance by passengers, another 150 ULFs were ordered in 2004.
