The ADD Active Yaw Damper is an innovative rail vehicle component for reducing guiding forces in curves. Thanks to this component, the UIC 518 requirement can be fulfilled, even by heavy locomotives. The ADD, which can easily be retrofitted into rail vehicles, replaces the previous conventional yaw damper.
