Siemens Transportation Systems (TS) practices intensive collaboration with selected universities to combine theory and practice. In Germany alone, we are currently offering over 500 students an opportunity to gather practical experience on internships or student placements. Around 50 students take this opportunity to write their dissertation or thesis at TS, making for an ideal transition to work in industry.

We currently have especially intensive cooperation with the RWTH Aachen, where five especially talented students majoring in mechanical engineering receive a scholarship from TS each year.
