Our Siemens Graduate Program is a program for young managers, offering you the opportunity, to develop your personality and specialist knowledge in different functions and posts at home and abroad in three 8-month stints over two years.

You will 

• experience Transportation Systems get-togethers with managers and alumni 
• get to know our group's locations 
• meet mentors who will actively support you 
• see projects through and 
• take on responsibility

For this, you require:

• a very good degree obtained at home and/or abroad 
• at least one fluent foreign language 
• specialist knowledge gained on internships or student placements 
• at least one six-month stay abroad 
• and a good personality profile

and have an electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration IT, or industrial engineering background.
