Unfortunately, young women are few and far between on engineering and science programs.

This is despite the fact that engineering is a career for people with imagination, creativity, and courage – typically feminine traits.

Engineering and science graduates are in short supply, and women graduates all the more so. Women who do decide to study engineering or science have excellent opportunities in working life.
 
And we want to show you what working life is like. As part of our personal and technical mentoring, we would like to offer you participation in this special promotion program, throughout your entire course of studies!

Siemens Transportation Systems (TS) Group has been committed to the program from the outset, with high-caliber mentors and many interesting events. Each years at the start of the winter semester, TS takes on 10 young freshwomen to mentor. In the near future, the program will even be extended to Austria.
