I am Section Manager of TS  Mass Transit in Siemens Ltd. China, responsible for sales, proposal and establishing a local engineering department in China.

One of my key tasks is to establish local competency in Siemens Ltd. I am proud that a strong and highly motivated team has been set up which is able to provide the necessary technical support to sales and acquisition, bidding and procurement.

As a key sales person for Siemens mass transit products, I feel very proud to see the trains delivered on time and running in the big cities.

TS projects are normally huge and complex, it always need a large group of people to work together intensively so as to achieve targets, cooperation and team spirit are consequenctly the most important success factors.
