My task as a project methods specialist involves the preparation, analysis, execution of, and documentation and training for IT projects including organizational implementation and user and key user management after production starts.

The wealth of tasks and the chance to make changes to the organization and processes are what fascinate me.

One special challenge for me is resolving the difficulties that arise either in processes or in the DP environment as quickly as possible so as not to slow down operations in the company. I am very proud of my move from group assistant to IT methods specialist.

I chose TS SKV because it gave me the opportunity to be involved in starting up a new company within a large corporation, and the chance to use my German.

TS SKV is a young company where structures and processes are not yet ossified. This is still a place where you can really change things.
