I am a software developer in the Rail Automation business segment. My tasks involve the development of software, technical consultations with customers, integration of software and commissioning.

I find signaling and safety systems for vehicles fascinating, which is why I opted for this field of work.

My fears concerning working in a huge corporation, with the prejudice against an "ossified" hierarchy, were entirely unfounded. On the contrary, what impresses me are the personnel management and the shallow hierarchies.

What makes the job really interesting for me is the heavy responsibility in my profession, for, after all, signaling and safety systems save lives and assets. The high quality, which always comes first, is exemplary, as is the approach to innovation.

I am happy to be working for a company where margin  is not the sole point of interest but which also takes social responsibility very seriously.
