By plane:

John F. Kennedy International (JFK):
Exit the Airport by turning left on Compass Rd. Compass Rd. becomes
148Th St. Stay straight to go onto 150th St. Turn Left onto N. Conduit Ave./NY-27 W. Take the I-678 N ramp and merge onto Van Wyck Expressway. Take I-495 W (exit number 12B) merging onto Long Island Expressway (which becomes I-495 W).
Take the 37 St exit towards 38-40 Streets. Turn left onto East 37th St. Turn right onto 3rd Ave. Turn Left onto East 45th St. Turn left onto Lexington Avenue.

LaGuardia International (LGA):
Exit the airport by turning left on Ditmars Blvd. Turn right on 94th St. Enter left entrance ramp for Grand Central Parkway West. Take exit number 4 (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) towards Verrazano Narrows Bridge/I-278 West. Take Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to I-278 West exit. Take I-485/Long Island Expressway (exit number 35) toward Midtown Tunnel/Eastern Long Island/Greenpoint Ave. Take Long Island Expressway (which becomes I-495 W). Take the 37 St exit towards 38-40 Streets. Turn left onto East 37th St. Turn right onto 3rd Ave. Turn Left onto East 45th St. Turn left onto Lexington Avenue.

Newark International (EWR):
Take US 1 & 9 North towards Port Newark/New York. US 1 & 9 become I-78 East. Stay straight to go onto 12th St. which then becomes Boyle Plaza. Boyle Plaza becomes Holland Tunnel after 2 miles. Turn slight right onto Laight St. Turn Right onto Canal St. Turn left onto West Broadway. Turn right onto West Houston St. Turn left onto Lafayette St. Turn slight left on to 4th Avenue which becomes Union Square East. Union Square East becomes Park Avenue South. Turn Right onto East 34th St. Turn left on 3RD Ave. Turn left onto East 45th St. Turn Left onto Lexington Avenue.

By train:

Amtrak (Penn Station/34th St.)
Long Island Railroad (Penn Station)
