Important historical dates for the Munich location
The production of locomotives at Maffei and Krauss was one of the engines of industrialization in Bavaria in the 19th century. And in addition to all this, many important developments were initiated here. For example, Krauss-Maffei was a consortium member on the development of the Transrapid. And with the locomotive families, the Eurosprinter and Eurorunner, product platforms were constructed here that are currently enjoying huge success across Europe.
